Refund policy

Porter's Welding & Fabrication Services has a no refund policy on completed welding or fabrication jobs. Once a customer has signed off on the work, it is final (Outside of any warranties provided), they will be required to pay the full amount. We do not offer refunds:

If a customer has any concerns or issues with their order, we encourage them to contact us as soon as possible so that we can address their concerns and resolve any issues. We ensure our clients top notch service and guaranteed satisfaction.

We appreciate our customers' business and value their time. However, due to the nature of our work, we cannot offer refunds. We encourage customers to carefully consider their needs and ask any questions they may have before placing an order with us.
